The Challenge – This firm needed to deliver new-hire training to a global audience after experiencing significant growth in only a few years, resulting in an increased number of new employees. With offices located around the world, it was no longer financially viable to offer an in-person new-hire orientation.
Our Solution – We created a series of e-learning modules that covered the company’s vision, mission, and values, as well the company’s history and unique value proposition.
We partnered with their team to design storyboards for the online learning experience. The use of Articulate Storyline has allowed the team to use any source files for future edits if necessary.
We used the organization’s brand guidelines and photo library to produce five microlearning modules of approximately five minutes each, linked by an interactive navigation screen. Working with the client’s internal voice-over talent, we added voice-over and closed captions to the modules.
