The Challenge – With sales associates distributed throughout different countries, it became necessary for this global real estate organization to deliver training virtually and to design an e-learning playbook for best practices in strategic account management. Learning would need to be accessible asynchronously to accommodate different time zones. This on-demand approach would be essential to allowing learners to access and complete the training at a time convenient to them.

Our Solution – We partnered with the organization’s vice president of sales management to create an engaging and informative e-learning module that included graphics, customized animations, professional voice-over, and branding that was consistent with organizational guidelines.
