Leading Others

November 21 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm EST

The Leading Others seminar presents a compelling new way of looking at the role of today’s leaders as one of support and influence rather than one of control.

Simply put, effective leaders ensure they manage themselves first, before trying to influence others. In 2024, it seems that essential attributes of effective leadership are increasingly overcomplicated and misunderstood, with many referring to leadership and management interchangeably. Although both skill sets are incredibly important for all organizations – they are two very different things.

Through real-life examples, participative exercises and an action-orientated format, this session allows attendees to explore how the responsibilities of someone in a leadership position differ from those in a management role.

In addition, participants have the opportunity to learn how to apply proven leadership principles and techniques to bring out the very best in the people they lead, through the ‘9 Roots of Highly Effective Leadership’.

With a war for talent and an ever-evolving workplace, never before in the history of our working lives has the call for excellent leadership been as strong as it is now.

This session will help light the flame and inspire present, and future leaders to build effective relationships, truly inspire teams and achieve excellent workplace results.
