DiSC®—Team Dynamics

DiSC® – Team Dynamics is a professional development and personalized learning experience that helps build more productive and
effective relationships
with team members.

DiSC® teaches participants to understand themselves and others, learning to appreciate the different priorities, preferences, and values of individual team members. With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the styles of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace.

The Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile helps participants explore the priorities that drive their behavior, learn what comes naturally and what might be challenging when interacting with others, and identify strategies to strengthen their interpersonal interactions at all levels. Dynamic activities reinforce the results of the profile and give participants a memorable experience that inspires lasting behavior change.
