seminar full day onsite / 3 x 90 minutes online

LEADING OTHERS

Human beings are four dimensional – body, heart, mind and soul. You can buy someone’s labor, but the other three dimensions can only be volunteered.

The heart is someone’s passion for their work. The mind is their contribution of ideas and solutions. The soul is their deep-seated desire to make a difference and leave a legacy.

Great leaders know how to bring out all four dimensions in their teams, but they can only do this with trust. Trust is the commodity leaders deal in. It is easy to say and hard to do. Trust is two sides of one coin—character (who you are) and competence (what you do).

Management is not leadership. We manage things. We lead people. People don’t like to be managed, but they are open to leadership when they trust it.

To help ensure significant and sustainable results, consider adding a Newleaf Maximizer session . Usually offered 12 weeks after the seminar, these 1-hour online sessions are facilitated discussions that review key learnings and answer participant questions.
