seminar full day onsite / 3 x 90 minutes online

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

This is a highly participatory program designed to teach participants the skills and   techniques to design, prepare, and deliver highly engaging training.

Participants will identify different learning styles and understand the role of adult-learning theory. They will discuss the difference between facilitation and presentation, identify the benefits of each, and determine the best use of visual aids and tools for each program they deliver. In addition, participants will explore classroom management, learning how group dynamics impact the design and delivery of a training session.

To ensure each participant is confident in implementing the principles and techniques covered, there will be plenty of opportunities to practice new skills throughout the day, with peer review and facilitator feedback. By the end of the program, participants will develop principle-based skills that can be quickly applied to ensure they deliver highly impactful training.

We have two versions of this program—one to help with onsite, in-person skills and one to help with online skills.
